Banana roti

Thin dough slapped out on a hot pan, filled with sliced banana, folded into a square, fried crispy, then finished with condensed milk and sugar. Cut into bite size pieces and eaten with a toothpick.

The roti carts come out at night. Watching them spin the dough is half the fun.
